I’m Kelsey! My passion is coloring hair but I love a broad spectrum of services ranging from hair, brows & lashes, as well as bridal parties! I am from Appleton, I’m 27 years old, and have a 1 year old daughter! We have a golden retriever & five chickens at home!! Cancellation Policy
I charge a 5% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Fee will be noted to add onto future appointments at checkout.
NO REFUNDS OR REDO’S. IF YOU VOICE ANY CONCERNS AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT I WILL MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS WITHIN OUR TIME SLOT.
MY TIME IS EXTREMELY VALUABLE AND I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO CORRECT SOMETHING IF WE ARE DISSATISFIED.
CORRECTING IS CHARGED AS FULL PRICE SERVICE IF NOT VOICED AT THE TIME OF YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT. IF WE DO NOT HAVE AMPLE TIME TO CORRECT AT THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT BUT YOU DO VOICE ANY CONCERNS IN THAT TIME, I WILL GIVE OPTIONS FOR YOU TO COME BACK FREE OF CHARGE.
